confidential online SUPPORT for individuals
Hi, my name is Alena.
If you are experiencing depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, or self-hate struggles,
which I have personally faced and overcame,
I offer compassionate, confidential online support. A safe space for healing, growth, and self-acceptance.
While I am not a licensed therapist, my self-healing journey has given me powerful tools,
insights, and lived experience that I now use to support others.
Our fears, beliefs, and negative patterns are a result of childhood conditioning,
which is when the seeds of blame, shame, disempowerment, and abandonment, just to name a few,
were planted in our consciousness.
Our past experiences are stored in our subconscious mind, which controls most of what we think, feel, and do.
Using imagination, visualization, and my triggers,
I was able to re-live negative childhood experiences in a positive caring manner,
releasing all the conditioning that was causing trouble in my life.
Even though there's always space for more healing,
today, I make choices and create my life from a subconscious mind that is mostly healed.
I was unaware of negative childhood experiences controlling my life.
I thought I had the best childhood.
It was not until I worked with the emotions of 'not good enough' that I discovered and remembered their origin.
I used The Completion Process, Emotional Freedom Technique, and my inner guidance
to free myself from the heaviness of my past that was creating my future,
and turned my shyness, fear and depression into contentment, gratitude, confidence and purpose in life.
The transformation was so profound that keeping it to myself would be selfish,
as it can help and inspire others to improve their lives in so many ways.
It's why I wrote my story down, currently searching for a publisher, and I created this website.
